"Hello there! I'm Alfredo Landazuri, a proud Latin American chef from Peru, now calling the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina home. Embarking on my culinary journey at the age of 12, I've passionately pursued the art of cooking ever since. After graduating from culinary school in Peru, my culinary odyssey led me to the Outer Banks at 18, where I started as a dishwasher and swiftly climbed the ranks to become Head Chef within a year. By the age of 26, I had earned the titles of General Manager and Director of Operations.

With over two decades of culinary expertise, I've successfully launched six restaurants and secured nine first-place awards at the Taste Of The Beach competition. Today, I proudly serve as the General Manager and Partner at Mahi Mahi's Island Grill and am the owner of Street Eats Latin Fusion.

At Mahi Mahi's Island Grill, we showcase the finest locally sourced ingredients with a delightful Latin twist. Beyond the restaurant, my culinary passion extends to catering services and the Street Eats Latin Fusion trailer, offering diverse culinary experiences.
